DRINK SHOP & DO

Are you looking for something a little different? Tired of the same pubs, clubs and bars? Then we’ll let you into a little secret: look no further than our new favourite place, Drink Shop and Do.

Located 2 minutes walk from Kings Cross Station in an old Victorian Bathhouse, this is a divine destination for a Sunday afternoon or midweek pick me up with a difference. The difference being that everything housed in this design shop and café bar is for sale. From designer crafts and vintage tea sets to hand-made cakes and gorgeous afternoon teas, there really is something for everyone. Not to mention the cute and kitsch cocktail menu, with such decadent drinks as The Sherbet One and Ruby Shoes.

So when you’ve shopped and drunk, it’s time for the ‘Do’, in the shape of arts and crafts that require no previous experience. Try Knit Night on Tuesdays, Scrabble on Sundays, or ‘Height for Hire’ on Thursday, with the chance to try a 50s pin-up hair style, just perfect for this season’s new ladylike trend.

A place where we can shop, drink and leave with something crafted by our own fair hands? Count us in… And make ours the Afternoon Tea, including the ever so enticing ‘Tea Cup of Sherbet with Lolly’!
