Golden Globes 2012: Red dresses done wrong … and right

Red is a perennial red carpet fashion choice, but it doesnt always work well. Case in point: Dianna Agrons kooky cut-out number with laser-cut swans. Too much going on. Even Ryan Seacrest said he wasnt sure where to look. Reese Witherspoons shiny, rust-colored Zac Posen gown didnt do much for her either.
Emma Stone showed em red done right — in a maroon and fuchsia pleated Lanvin gown with an eagle belt buckle. A fashion superhero for sure.
