Fall 2010 is the third season in which Pendleton has collaborated with Opening Ceremony on a limited collection and from what we’ve seen, it’s still going strong. “We mixed silhouettes both new and old with a wide range of brilliant colar palettes — from red-rimmed turquoise, to gilded navy, to yellow-lit lavender.” This jacket’s a standout from the rest but you wouldn’t think that when seeing it worn from a distance. When the new Wearing History pattern popped up on my feed reader, I knew I had to get it!* All of Lauren’s patterns are top-notch, but this one was particularly appealing because she had updated the fit of the late 30s trousers a bit and it was also one of her shiny new graded patterns.
